COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Orders are being processed and shipped as they come in. However, in some cases tracking numbers are delayed and taking additional time to reach customers. We thank you for your patience. 

As you may have heard, Amazon and Fulfillment By Amazon (our fulfillment partner) are experiencing shipping & receiving delays as a result of COVID-19 related issues. To ensure faster delivery times for our customers we have moved a large portion of our fulfillment operations to our warehouse. This change has allowed us to continue shipping orders without significant delay and we appreciate your understanding while we work to streamline operations.

Shipping Information

All shipments from Rukket are FEDEX/UPS Ground; shipping and handling times can vary, due to the current COVID-19 situation our average is 5-7 days depending on your location.

If shipping to a P.O. Box, please include a full street address as well.

Currently we only ship within the United States, but you may ship to a US based addressed and then forward on your order to wherever your final destination may be.
