Henry Fall and Dana Finkelstein talk about posture and how they recommend players think about upper body position in the golf swing.
- Your posture should be comfortable and natural.
- If you don't stand and move like Adam Scott, then it might not make sense to emulate his straight-as-an-arrow posture.
- Some of the greatest golfers of all time, Jack Nicklaus for example, played with more rounded shoulders and neck (and it seemed to have worked out ok for him...!)
- Forcing an unnatural or tense posture can lead to unwanted movement and even cause inconsistencies in your swing.
