Golf Club Hug Drill

Henry and Dana give us a quick demonstration of the "hug drill" to help practice swing rotation while maintaining proper posture and tilt. 

Step 1: Grab a club and hug across your chest

Step 2: Get into your swing stance and posture

Step 3: Spiral backwards as you would move into your backswing

Step 4: Spiral forwards through your swing

With practice, this drill will help you maintain tilt and rotate efficiently through the swing. It's also an easy way to get in some practice from home!
